Paragon Installs First 2print On The West Coast

JUNE 4th 2007, Paragon receives delivery of the latest technology in digital print to disc from the Tapematic Corp of Milan Italy. This is the first installation on the west coast and one of only five installed in the country. The "2Print" is a technological breakthrough in optical media printing and prints directly on the DVD-CD surface and covers all formats including the latest Blu-Ray and HD. The main advantage of the "2Print" is that it will allow high quality labels printed direct on disc (including serialization) and shorter turn-times to accommodate the requirements of our clients. The "2Print" accepts graphics in all the standard formats and since it is digital direct to print no film or intermediate process is used. This technology allows us to supply a press proof of the client's art with it printed on disc at a minimum cost were previously on screen or offset printing was cost prohibitive.
