| Encoding & Authoring |

Paragon Media makes it easy to encode and author audio and video for playback on CD and DVD. Your Project Manager will guide you through three easy steps to optimize performance, maximize your budget and deliver the project on time.

Step 1: Project Consultation. The end users playback capabilities and your vision of how the disc will start and play are important determinates of how your source materials will be encoded and authored. A thorough Project Consultation is used to develop a budget and schedule. During the consultation your Project Manager will help you ask the right questions, give you clear answers and make a recommendation that will meet your needs.

Step 2: Quotation and Schedule. Following the consultation, your Project Manager will provide a written quotation and schedule that specifies deliverables, costs and deadlines.

Step 3: Production and Deployment. Production begins with a technical review of the source materials, followed by the encoding and authoring processes. We use a variety of applications to optimize image and sound quality. Once encoding and authoring is completed, check discs are provided, and finally master discs are prepared for duplication or replication.
