Acceptable File Formats for Paragon Media Digital Printing

Windows / OS X:

• Print Ready PDF (preferred format)
  • Resolution is 300dpi or higher
  • Required fonts are embedded
  • Appropriate bleed has been set
• Illustrator CS4
• InDesign CS4
• Freehand MX
• Photoshop CS4
• Tif
• EPS
• Jpeg (Hi-Res)

If we receive files in a format not shown here, we will charge an $85.00/hour conversion fee (assuming we are able to work with the source files).

Important reminders:

1. Allow bleed for all printed materials, including CD Labels.
2. Include all your fonts - or save fonts into outlines.
3. Include all linked graphic files.
4. For best results save graphic files at 300dpi or above.
5. Place dielines on separate layer.
6. Do not use white overprint in art.

For printed materials, please provide appropriate crop marks on the outside of the printed area.

For CD/DVD labels, please provide a separate .pdf or .jpg with dieline for placement.
